Vietnam International Awards – Entry Submission

1. Eligibility

• Entries are open to individuals and organisations that meet the criteria specified for each award category.
• Entrants must provide accurate and complete information.
• The Vietnam International Awards reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the stated requirements.
• Ethical Standing: Nominees must not be subject to active regulatory investigation, criminal proceedings, or have a recent record of material professional misconduct

2. Entry Process

• All entries must be submitted via the official entry platform before the stated deadline.
• Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.
• Entries must be the original work of the entrant or submitted with appropriate permission.

3. Judging

• Entries will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges. 
• The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
• Vietnam International Awards reserve the right to move entries between categories if deemed appropriate.

4. Use of Information

By submitting an entry, you grant the Vietnam International Awards a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted materials for:

• Judging purposes
• Promotional and marketing activities related to the awards
• Event presentations and publications
• Sensitive or confidential information should not be included unless clearly marked.
• All information submitted as part of a nomination, including supporting documentation, financial data, personal details, and any other materials, will be treated with the strictest confidence. Information will be shared only with members of the judging panel, who are bound by confidentiality obligations, and will not be disclosed to any third party, used for commercial purposes, or published without the explicit written consent of the nominee

5. Publicity

• Finalists and winners may be featured in media, marketing materials, and event promotions. 
• Entrants agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities if selected.

6. Fees & Payments

• Entry is free unless otherwise stated.
• Ticket or table purchases for the awards ceremony are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Liability

• Vietnam International Awards are not responsible for technical issues, lost submissions, or delays beyond their control. 
• Vietnam International Awards reserve the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the awards if necessary.
