Entry requirements: All nominees must satisfy the following entry criteria to be considered in any category:

  1. Vietnam – International Connection & Global Vietnamese Contribution: The nominee should demonstrate either a meaningful connection between Vietnam and the country in which they are based, or be a Vietnamese or Vietnam-connected individual or organisation that has made a significant and positive contribution to the society, economy, culture or community of the country in which they live or operate. This may include cross-border collaboration, contribution to the Vietnamese community abroad, promotion of Vietnam internationally, strengthening international relations, or outstanding achievements and contributions to the country or community in which they are based, regardless of whether their work has a direct connection with Vietnam.
  2. Recency: The work or achievements being submitted must have taken place, been completed, or shown demonstrable impact on or after 1st January 2025.
  3. Eligibility: Nominees may be individuals, teams, or organisations. Self-nomination and third-party nomination are both accepted.
  4. Evidenced Impact: All nominees must submit verifiable documentation demonstrating the outcomes of their work. This may include financial data, impact reports, press coverage, client or beneficiary testimonials, academic records, or third-party verification. Unsupported claims will not be considered.


Ethical Standing: Nominees must not have any confirmed findings of serious professional misconduct or criminal conviction that may reasonably bring the awards into disrepute.
